Whether you are new to Judaism or just want to get back to basics, this is a great opportunity to learn with Rabbi Jeffrey Abraham. Come learn or relearn about the basic tenets of being Jewish and our Jewish people.  Classes will cover Judaism’s biggest and most inspiring ideas as well as the nuts-and-bolts of daily Jewish living. Intro to Judaism Topics Include:

·  Jewish concepts of God and ethics
·  Synagogue and its services
·  Rabbinic Judaism
·  Tikkun Olam (Repairing the World)
·  Life cycle observances including: birth, Bar & Bat Mitzvah,

·  Kashrut: the Jewish dietary laws
·  Anti-Semitism and the Holocaust
·  Israel and Zionism
·  Diversity of contemporary Jewish life
