All you will need to prepare is:
*Ideally these items should be Kosher for Passover

• Matzah
• Pizza Sauce
• Cheese
• Vegetarian Toppings 
  • Examples include: mushrooms, olives, pineapple, etc.
• Aluminum pan or baking pan lined with aluminum foil
