Celebrate Yom Ha'Atzmaut at the Kotel with Masorti Israel
You are invited to join in a festive reading of Megillat Ha'Atzmaut (Israel's Declaration of Independence) at the Egalitarian Kotel, an event organized by the WZO, the Masorti Movement of Israel, and other partners. It's taking place on
Sunday, April 11, 2021 at 10:30 am CST. The gathering will be live, broadcasted in different languages throughout the Jewish world, and will include women and men, public figures, scholars, and rabbis from different streams of Judaism, and will focus on reading Megillat Ha'Atzmaut in te'amim (ritual chanting of Jewish Hebrew prayers).
Our hope is that this event will become the first of many and start an annual tradition that will reaffirm the message in Israel’s Declaration of Independence and strengthen our sense of Jewish peoplehood in Israel and abroad.

You are invited to join St. Louis Friends of Israel and Kol Rinah for Israel-US Relations and the New Middle East, a virtual program facilitated by Washington University's "Israel Institute Teaching Fellow" in the Department of Jewish, Islamic and Middle Eastern Studies.
This program will cover topics such as how election results will impact the Israel and US relations and the ongoing normalization agreements in the region and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Valley Of Tears is a ten-episode Israeli series about the run-up to and the battles during the 1973 Yom Kippur War, when Syrian and Egyptian troops attacked Israeli forces occupying the Sinai Peninsula and the Golan Heights on Yom Kippur, the holiest day on the Jewish calendar.

IAC Drive-In Community-Wide Yom Ha’Atzmaut Celebration in JCC Parking Lot
You are invited for a Drive-In Community-Wide Yom Ha’Atzmaut Celebration in the back parking lot of the JCC Staenberg Family Complex, 2 Millstone Campus Drive, St. Louis, MO 63146.
Decorate your car in blue & white with Israeli flags! There will be prizes for the best decorations, as well as games for children. The first 100 cars will receive a special gift bag. We encourage attendees to bring lawn chairs and refreshments.

The Jewish Federations of North America, the Jewish Agency for Israel, Keren Hayesod and additional partners will host a one-hour virtual event to mark Israel’s 73rd Independence Day.
The event will begin with a farewell address by His Excellency Reuven Rivlin, President of Israel, and include a look back on his legacy as the Jewish State’s 10th President. It will also feature special appearances by Israeli Olympic-gold-medal-hopefuls who are on their way to Tokyo this summer, Jewish athletes from around the world and more.
