As members of our Executive Committee and Board of Trustees, we wanted to share with you the following communication that will be sent today to our LRECC families.
Dear LRECC Families,
I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to share with you that our LRECC Director, Kerri Alper, will be leaving our school effective immediately. Her dedication and leadership these last eight years at the school and the last 19 months as director have played a significant role in shaping our school into the wonderful community it is.
Although we will miss Kerri, we want to assure you that the values and principles ingrained in our ECC will continue to guide us. Our priority remains the well-being and development of your children, and we are dedicated to maintaining the high standards of care and education that you have come to expect from us.
As we navigate this transition, we are committed to ensuring a seamless process and will work tirelessly to ensure that our search for a new director is conducted with thoroughness, transparency, and integrity, aligning with our LRECC’s values and goals.
We want to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to all of you for your continued support and trust in us. Your partnership with us is essential in creating an engaging learning environment for your children, and we are grateful to have you as part of our school family.
We are confident that with your support and the dedication of our staff, the LRECC will continue to thrive as an outstanding preschool where children can explore, learn, and grow in a safe and nurturing environment.
Anita Kraus, B’nai Amoona’s Executive Director, will manage the day to day operations of the LRECC during this transition. Anita's tenure as the director of the LRECC spanned eight years, and she remains committed to ensuring the school's continued success through this interim period.
