Important Congregational Meeting - TONIGHT at 7:00 pm The Board of Trustees is announcing a special meeting of the Congregation to discuss the following motion:
The Board recommends the congregation allow the 3 front lots (Mason facing lots) to be available for sale for no less than one million dollars.
Ophira Melnick's 6:45 pm class, Beginning Modern Hebrew Level I, as well as Rabbi Neal Rose's 7:00 pm class, Introduction to Biblical Hebrew: Close Study of the Biblical Book of Jonah, are both canceled so that participants may attend our meeting.

"Professor Kwall will discuss the thesis of her widely acclaimed new book, "Remix Judaism: Preserving Tradition in a Diverse World" as it applies generally and particularly to families and communities affiliated with Conservative Judaism. Her book demonstrates how developing a richer set of culturally religious norms can provide a foundation for transmissible Jewish tradition, even if some of the normative requirements of Jewish law are "remixed."
