Join Jewish National Fund-USA and fellow supporters from across the Midwest virtually for our Breakfast for Israel. Learn about our critical work supporting the land and people of Israel and hear from Gil Hoffman, Chief Political Correspondent and Analyst for The Jerusalem Post. Gil provides a behind the scenes look at the intrigue in the Israeli political arena.

The Festival of Pesach provides us with an opportunity to perform TWO special Mitzvot: Mitzvah #1: Maot Chittim (Special Passover Gifts for those in Need) and Mitzvah #2: Mechirat Chametz (Selling of Chametz).

You have the opportunity to participate in preserving, promoting and perpetuating Conservative/Masorti Judaism through active giving to the Torah Fund Initiative of Women’s League in support of the Jewish Theological Seminary (New York, NY), Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies (Los Angeles, CA), Schechter Institute of Jewish Studies (Jerusalem), Seminario Rabinico Latinoamericano (Buenos Aires, Argentina), and Zacharias Frankel College (Potsdam, Germany).
What is the Torah Fund? Torah Fund is a fundraiser in collaboration with Women's League Conservative Judaism and Jewish Theological Society. The funds raised by the Torah Fund go towards scholarships to all the schools. These 5 schools are where rabbi's, lay leaders, and Jewish educators learn.
This year is special as it is the 80th anniversary of the Torah Fund initiative. Therefore, let's support the fundraiser by donating $80 or more!
Additional Information: - All donations will go straight to NY. - Sisterhood President Rachel Taxman has the B'yachad pins. Minimum donation is $80 to receive a pin. (These are the same as last year if you already received one.) Please contact me if you are interested in a pin.
