We look forward to engaging our youth on Yom Kippur. They will experience this Holy Day in developmentally appropriate ways that are both meaningful and interactive.
High Holy Day youth experiences and child care is generously sponsored in part by B'nai Amoona Sisterhood.
For those unable to attend our Neilah Service, we are offering the opportunity to spend time at the Holy Ark to pray and meditate. You may come alone or with your family for this meaningful occasion.
Sukkot is just around the corner - register today!
Sukkah City Sunday, October 9 from 9:00 - 11:30 am
You are also invited to visit our Sukkah City during the week of Sukkot and spend time in any Sukkah that is open.
No tools, no problem! Help construct our Congregational "Sukkah City" using our easy-to-follow steps. We are building 18 Sukkot! Like a Barn Raising; yet better! This event is the perfect way to kick off Sukkot and BUILD connections with each other!

Snacks in the Sukkah at Rabbi Jeffrey & Lauren Abraham's Home Tuesday, October 11 at 3:00 pm
Children in grade school and younger are invited for a Sukkot playdate at Rabbi Jeffrey and Lauren Abraham's home. The afternoon will include Sukkot snacks, activities, and singing. No registration needed!
BAUSY in the Hut Wednesday, October 12 at 7:00 pm
Teenagers in 9th-12th grade are invited into the Sukkah for an event just for them! The evening will include activities and opportunities to catch up with one another. Contact Liessa Alperinwith any questions.
Young Couples Night Out in the Sukkah Thursday, October 13 at 7:30 pm
A new social group for young couples in our Congregation. Our kick-off event will include Schmoozing, snacking, and planning future activities.
This program is complimentary and generously sponsored by the NJOP and Sukkot Across America.
BA Shabbat and Sukkot Dinner Friday, October 14, Services at 6:00 pm with dinner to follow
Our Congregational Sukkot dinner is back and better than ever! We'll eat in the Sukkah and enjoy a meaningful Friday Evening and Sukkot Service together.
Scotch in the Sukkah Saturday, October 15 at 7:00 pm
In addition to the traditional tastings of Scotch and other curated spirits, there will be a signature cocktail for those that don't enjoy their alcohol served straight. There will also be a firepit, smores, snacks and chill lounge vibe.
Pre-Simchat Torah Dinner Monday, October 17 at 5:15 pm
Following Sukkot, we invite you to join us for our Pre-Simchat Torah dinner. We'll join together for a tasty menu and warm friendships as we welcome Simchat Torah.
Art Exhibit & Reception: Please visit the Art Gallery located in the Krupat Oberman Community Lounge to view our current exhibition featuring the masterful works of Tsila Schwartz, Judaic Calligrapher and Mark Witzling, Abstract Impressionist Painter. This exhibit runs from September 19 through December 4 with a special reception taking place on Sunday, October 23 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
Kolot with Raquel "Roxie" Leverson Tuesday, October 25
Renewal in the new year! The women of Kolot are invited to join BA member, life coach, and women's advocate Raquel "Roxie" Leverson for an opportunity to examine old cycles that may have peeked up at us after the new year. We will do chair yoga, meditation and women's circle sharing to bond and create new intentions of change.

15th Annual Eleonore, Dr. Herman & Daniel Blumenthal Memorial Concert: Sunday, November 20 at 2:00 pm Performed by: Fred Blumenthal, Pianist and Cantor Linda Blumenthal This performace will take place both In-Person and streamed live at at www.bnaiamoona.com.This concert is free to attend with a suggested donation of $18 going to Mitzvah Corps at B'nai Amoona.
