We, at B'nai Amoona, have been alarmed by the recent rise in antisemitism, particularly the statements from Kanye West. We condemn this behavior and find it important to raise our voices in support of Jews worldwide.
We encourage you to take a look at the following statements, videos, and resources provided by the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) and the American Jewish Committee (AJC).

This Shabbat we welcome Shira Dean to the Bimah for her Bat Mitzvah. Shira is the daughter of Shelley Hoffman Dean and Jeff Dean. She is the sister of Tzofia, Leora, and Yehuda Dean. Shira’s grandparents are Stuart and Sandy (B”Z) Hoffman and Michael and Carol Dean.
Shira follows her sisters, Tzofia and Leora, in becoming a Bat Mitvah at B'nai Amoona.

After we light the Havdalah flame at 6:35 pm, we will have an opportunity to sign petitions against gun violence, write to government officials.
