Giving Tuesday, November 29 B'nai Amoona joins organizations worldwide in the Giving Tuesday movement, and we need YOU!
Since 2018, our Giving Tuesday Campaign,Giving Light, has received over $3,500 from generous donors like you. This year's goal is to match what we've collected over the past four years with donations supporting our From Play to Pray fundraiser. Your Giving Light contribution will help grow our future leaders, celebrate 50 years of our Linda Rotskoff Early Childhood Center, and ensure the next 50 years at B'nai Amoona!
SPECIAL THIS YEAR: Participants who donate $18 or more will be entered into a drawing to win two complimentary tickets to our 50th Birthday Celebration on December 10.

Carver House Holiday Donation Collection
Once again we are supporting the Carver House and their annual Christmas Party for children. We are their only sponsor and are responsible for all of the gifts they distribute.

50th Birthday Celebration: Sponsorship Opportunities Now Available!
50th Birthday Party Saturday Evening, December 10 at 6:30 pm
As part of our year-long fundraiser, From Play to Pray, we will host a special event to celebrate 50 years of our Linda Rotskoff Early Childhood Center while looking ahead to 50 more years for B'nai Amoona! The evening will include cocktails, appetizers, a special cake and candle lighting by our honorary chairs: Harvey Greenstein and Linda Rotskoff.
Attendees will also have opportunities to purchase original art pieces made by our preschoolers, a silent auction and more! This special event is only for adults.
Jewish Somatics for Building Stronger Cultures of Antiracism & Anti-Oppression Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 6:00 - 8:30 pm
In this workshop, we’ll strengthen our understanding of the dynamics at play in the context of racialized identity and interpersonal relations in and around Jewish communal environments.

Mini Minyan This Shabbat Morning, beginning at 10:15 am Young children and their families are invited for another exciting Mini Minyan with Rabbi Jeffrey and Lauren Abraham. We will celebrate Shabbat with songs, activities, and cameo appearances by Rabbi Abraham's famous puppets as well as enjoy a family-friendly Kiddush with the congregation following Services!
Mini Minyan coincides with Shabbat School. Students participating in Shabbat School are asked to arrive by 10:00 am. Programming will begin at 10:00 am and go until services end. Parents are encouraged to attend services and then pick up their students at 11:30 am or at the end of services. Everyone is welcome to join for Kiddush luncheon.

Come join the fun as we learn about the beautiful traditions of preparing a festive Shabbat meal, Israeli style! Together, we’ll create healthy, colorful and tasty soups and salads to bring splendor and variety to our Shabbat tables.
Beginning This Week: Aleph Bet Hebrew with Cantor Sharon Nathanson Wednesdays from 7:00 - 8:00 pm Participants will learn Hebrew at the beginning level starting with the building blocks of the language, the Aleph Bet. Class will be available on Zoom. This class is complimentary.
