This Shabbat we celebrate the Bar Mitzvah of Asher Brown, son of Jeremy and Kelli Brown. He is the brother of Abby, Josh, Miriam, Sam and Aaron. Asher’s sister, Abby, became a Bat Mitzvah at B’nai Amoona a couple of years ago. Asher is following her by becoming a Bar Mitzvah at B'nai Amoona.

Dr. Elan Ezrachi and Rabbi Naamah Kelman are a husband-and-wife team. Together and separately, they cover a wide range of contemporary Jewish and Israeli issues. Based in Jerusalem, they have been involved for more than 40 years as professionals and laypeople in critical areas of Jewish life.
