We welcome Dr. Eugene Logusch to our Bimah THIS SHABBAT to speak on Loving God Through Worship and Service to Your Neighbor. Dr. Logusch is a beloved teacher at Whitfield School and Administrator of St. Mary’s Assumption Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church in St. Louis, MO and St. Mary’s Protection Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church in Madison, IL. He offers a unique look into the lives of the Ukrainian people and what we can do to support them at this challenging time.
Sunflowers for Peace is our Mitzvah project in support of the people of Ukraine. Please help us by creating your own Sunflowers and bringing them to B'nai Amoona for us to display in our window.

First Night Passover Seder Friday, April 15

This year, B'nai Amoona is teaming up with the St. Louis Jewish Community Center to host a Kid-Friendly Family Seder on the First Night. Rabbi Brad Horowitz and Rabbi Jeffrey Abraham will lead us in this interactive Seder - online registration is required.
This year's Purim Shpiel, Shrek in Shushan, will be performed by members of BAUSY and presented on the big screen at B'nai Amoona. We are offering two "in-person" showings of this delightful play.

This Shabbat, March 19, we will join Synagogues across North America to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the first Bat Mitzvah. When Judith Kaplan became the first American girl to have a Bat Mitzvah ceremony on March 18, 1922 at the Society for the Advancement of Judaism (SAJ), she had no idea that her actions would change Jewish communal life forever.

This annual gathering brings together hundreds of St. Louis women each spring to learn about the beliefs, values, customs, and practices of diverse religious traditions.
Join us virtually on Thursday, March 31, 2022, from 1pm-3pm to hear women representing the Baha'i Faith, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, Judaism, and Sikhism speak on this year's theme: "Women of Faith: Living Our Faith in a Secular World."
